Payment

VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS are welcome; money orders, bank transfers and checks in dollars. We also accept payment through PayPal (www.paypal.com, where our id is mcleanab@msn.com). PayPal facilitates international orders in several currencies. We will ship under invoice to educational libraries and institutions and to established customers, otherwise we ask for payment upon order. State sales tax of 5% will be added on shipments within Virginia.

Returns

Any book or artwork may be returned for any reason within a reasonable period (two weeks) for a full refund, assuming the item returns in the same condition as sent. If the return is because of an error on our part, we, of course, pay the postage as well.

Shipping

We normally send books and artwork through the US Postal System but are quite happy to use UPS, FedEx or other commercial services if the customer prefers. Shipments which are over $500 in value will be insured; insurance on other shipments is at the customer's discretion.
International Orders: We use the Postal Service’s concessionary priority post rates where possible. These rates are not available to all countries, and we do not guarantee international shipments to certain countries unless shipped by commercial courier with tracking numbers. Please enquire.

Guarantees

All artwork and books are guaranteed to be as described and depicted. We do not sell reproductions or reprints, posters or other photo-produced works without clearly identifying them as such.

Privacy

Personal and credit information supplied to us will never be repeated to others or further disseminated. Credit card numbers are shredded once the transaction is registered and are not retained by us unless the customer requests a standing account. Read Our Full Privacy Policy
